Daisuke Adachi

Daisuke Adachi is General Manager of Group Corporate IT and Deputy General Manager of Group Corporate Digital & Security Strategy at Hitachi, Ltd. In these roles, he holds overall responsibility for IT strategy, IT governance, AI strategy, data governance, and cybersecurity across the Hitachi Group.With over 25 years of experience in the digital industry, Daisuke began his career as a webmaster with expertise in human-computer interaction and cognitive science at a startup. He later transitioned to enterprise architecture at Hitachi, Ltd., where he has been involved in planning and maintaining data and application architectures.Daisuke earned his undergraduate degree in Art & Technology from Tokyo Zokei University and a Master of Science in Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University. He resides in Tokyo, Japan, with his wife, daughter, son, and their Welsh Corgi.
