Responsible for performing IT audits and drawing audit reports in the field of IT general and application controls in accordance with Cobit, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL and other international standards.

* My responsibilities included performing functional analysis and requirements * definition of administration information systems, initiating changes to the IS and * managing defects, communicating with the IS developers and providing quality * assurance through detailed acceptance testing procedures. Key contributions * include: * Working as a business analyst was responsible for the development and quality * assurance of a new Oracle based EU payments administration information * system (which generates ~ 500k payment transactions and processes a total * amount of ~600 million EUR of payments per year); * Successfully implemented changes to the direct payments information system in * relation to the conversion of national currency Litas (LTL) to Euro (EUR) in 2015.

* Working as a compliance specialist performed the following tasks: * Prepared national instructions in line with the EU and national legal provisions * Participated as an expert in the European Commission organized working * committee and expert network meetings to gain expertise and ensure a full * compliance of the national system with the EU legal requirements * Consulted information systems developers on the EU and national * requirements and as a member of various project teams performed IS acceptance * testing * Provided trainings for the NPA staff and clients

* Responsible for performing internal audits in the area of EU investment fund administration * with the aim to evaluate the internal control systems, provide assurance and * recommend necessary changes to enhance the efficiency of EU funds * administration processes and encourage a higher level of processes automation. The * following internal processes were evaluated: * Compliance with the national and EU requirements * Information systems data integrity, reliability and interoperability * Compliance with ISO 27001 standards * Automatic cross-check and payment calculation processes * Efficiency, effectiveness and economy of internal processes.

* Manage a team of auditors responsible for analysing cyber security * and data protection (including GDPR) risks.
