ASIA Procurement Director cum Chief Rep. Office of MFC GROUP in Vietnam. - Being responsible for business of MFC GROUP in ASIA including Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, India offices and other SEA countries in future: sourcing, product developing, pricing, quality and delivery. + Establishing and implementing long-term procurement strategy that is consistent with MFC’s goal, vision and long-term objectives + Setting and following up Business Plan and Sourcing Strategy, Supply Chain Management. + Sourcing the suppliers who can supply the right products to meet MFC/Customer’s requirements in term of price, quality and delivery. + Developing the right product ranges by understanding the trend of markets/ customer needs. + Daily communicating with Sales/Customers mainly in UK, US, Europe, Australia, South Africa and Suppliers to run all business projects smoothly. Host customers’ visiting. + Leading the teams in the problem solving. Getting the teams include Business Development team, Technical team, QC team and Operations team working in right direction and effective. + Cost controlling. Hire, terminate, train, supervise and evaluate staffs.

- Being responsible for business of Sourcebynet in Viet Nam including Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi offices: sourcing, product developing, pricing, quality and delivery. + Setting and following up Business Plan and Sourcing Strategy. + Sourcing the suppliers who can supply the right products to meet SBN/Customer’s requirements in term of price, quality and delivery. + Developing the right product ranges by understanding the trend of markets/ customer needs. + Daily communicating with Sales/Customers in different countries and Suppliers to get running smoothly all business projects. Host customers’ visit. + Supporting Team in the problem solving. Getting the team include Business Support, QA Engineers, QC Engineers and Operations working in right direction and effective.
