 Deal customers through phone, email, or walk-in and make a summary of the travel plan before forwarding it to the right department for review. Communicate clients for travel confirmation, send billing statement through QuickBooks, and process payment. Helped save money by doing own research instead of hiring someone to describe the history behind the famous destinations. Always helpful and sensitive to clients’ demands and concerns.

Summarize and record all food and beverage items received from suppliers, stocked in storeroom, and issued to restaurants and bars respectively. Collecting all cost credits like transfers, gratis, and gifts that would reduce food and beverage cost. Working closely with F & B Director and Executive Chef to ensure that cost is within the forecasted report of the month. Assist in month-end inventory and conduct random audit in supplies to lessen unwelcome losses due to misuse. Always communicate and work as a team to reach the desired goal. Reconcile bank accounts and report it at the end of the month.
