Coordinated Six Sigma quality enhancement initiatives throughout the organization. Led teams of up to 15 employees in the implementation of multifunctional improvement projects. Joined the global consulting firm to make corporate clients' continuous success in operation excellence. Generated new clients through presales consultation and relationship development. Designed project proposals, and led quality and process improvement initiatives. Key Achievements:  Spearheaded development of a quality improvement system for Silitek, a computer, communications, and consumer electronics manufacturer, with a significant return on investment.  Facilitated a team of printing engineers in the implementation of SMED strategies; drew upon operation analysis, workstation design, POKA YOKE, and assembly line balancing techniques to facilitate a 30% reduction in internal and external setup time for print production.

Conducted an ISO 9001 quality management system audit for a leading international diversified company. Assessed business processes and identified areas for improvement. Trained 200 employees on quality and process improvement methodologies. Implemented an employee Kaizen suggestion system and facilitated team building among staff. Key Achievements: (2) Delivered product quality improvement facilitation and training to a major customer that renewed supplier relationship generating $2 million annually.

Direct mill-wide performance management program office. Oversee and direct mill key performance indicator management and improvement project progress tracking program (Management by Objective System, MBOS). Design and facilitate internal training of quality tools to pulp mill management to increase organizational capability. Oversee capital investment project progress and mill purchasing process. Key Achievements: 1) Facilitate Yield Improvement Project to increase the total screened acceptable chips to digester by reducing the accepts in fine rejects. Yearly saving: $1.05 million. 2) Facilitate Preventive Maintenance Program to reduce revenue loss due to equipment deterioration or failure. Result: 60% monthly loss ton reduction (Jan. 2011 vs. December 2012).

* Direct a 10-member Operation team to guide day-to-day operations of a 500-employee manufacturing facility producing woven label products for the garment/footwear industry. * Key Achievements: * 1) Install daily accountability system to track daily performance in terms of on-time delivery and productivity * 2) Complete plant consolidation and capacity re-streamlined in 10 months
