Molex Vietnam specializes in manufacturing electronic interconnect products such as connectors, cable assemblies, and connectivity solutions for electrical and electronic devices. • Main responsibilities: o Overview end to end process: Stamping, Molding, Plating, Assembly o The main responsibility is leader process engineering team with 4 members. o Receiving transfer project: machine, product from Japan, Korea, China; arrange layout, process flow, operator for each machine line. Trial production before mass production. o Verifying correlation, GRR/ARR vision Visco system to control quality products. o Design process, build DFM reports for new machines, new products. o Making shipping judgment report and new product report and presentation with team before shipping product. o Investigate root cause and take temporary, corrective, preventive action for issue of process by using: 7 QC Tool, DMAIC, SPC, Flow chart, FMEA, CP • Leading new product project: High speed - PCIe cable Gen 5, Gen 6; PCIe connector Gen5, Gen6. o I already trained and studied about this product in Molex DongGuan 1 month: Studying & Training about PCIe cable. Then in the Molex Vietnam, I perform: ▪ Release list tool, jig of all process ends to end ordering for this project. ▪ Designing layout in the workshop, set up actual line following layout. ▪ Training to Operator all process, balance line to achieve capacity. ▪ Evaluate qualification line end to end process, leading team to resolve issue and make report to submit to customer. ▪ Preparing all documents to customer audit ▪ Leading team follows first mass production phase of line, investigating and resolving issues when mass production ensure shipping plans. • Leading Mirror Mezz product project o Overview project from setup layout to debug machine, qualification line and building customer sample. o Leading team and driver action to resolve issues. o Qualification line (FAI, Q run) and make report to submit customer.

HOYA Glass Disk Vietnam Ltd. specializes in manufacturing high-precision glass disks and optical components used in hard disk drives and advanced data storage devices. • Main responsibilities: o Manage Cutting to Final polishing process. o The main responsibility is Leader Innovation Team including departments (Production, ME, PE, QC, QA). o Support the factory achieve KPIs (Quality, Output, Cost o Manager PE team 3-member, training and supporting Engineer to problem solving, management process. o Leader for preparing / setup / launching new project. o Deployment the Six Sigma with DMAIC method to improve process, Build PFMEA, work instruction, Control quality by SPC rule, MSA - Gage R&R, 7QC tool... o Support Quality Team pass SHD, WD, FDK, ISO audit. • Leader of problems solving team, manage Cutting process to Chamfering process. • Building Control Plan, PFMEA for manufacturing operation • Building Process Flow Chart, Work Standards for production process. • Project manager: Capacity, Quality … use Six Sigma to improvement project. • Control process (Man, Material, Machine, Measurement, Method, Environment). • Making report with all problems of production to report manager.
