As a researcher, analyst, and consultant specialising in African Geopolitics, Governance, Social Media, and Copywriting, I am committed to conducting in-depth analyses and producing detailed reports on the state of democracies, the development of Global South nations, and their foreign policies. My work leverages open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and methodologies. I also evaluate the impact of social media on the economies of developing countries, producing reports and analyses on the circular and digital economies. Currently, I serve as the CEO of África Digital, a platform I founded in March 2022 to provide strategic advisory services, analyses, and solutions in investment, policy, and digital economy issues across Africa. I hold a robust academic background across multiple fields, including: - Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Beira Interior, Portugal; - Renewable Energy Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, Portugal; and - a degree in Basic Education from the same institute. Additionally, I have completed training in Hate Speech and Alternative Narratives – Human Rights through Amnesty International Portugal and the Institute of Sport and Youth. I also hold certifications in Marketing, Copywriting, Social Media Management, and Public Relations from the Portuguese Institute for Employment. Professionally, I have worked as an adviser and consultant for various platforms and politicians, including a 2022 presidential candidate in Angola. I contributed to drafting the roadmap for the revision of the “Agenda 2063” of the African Union, approved in Kigali, Rwanda, in June 2023. I was also involved in the revision of the CPLP Youth Charter in 2021, in Portugal. These experiences have equipped me with valuable skills in research, project management, administration, and media relations.
