Leading Team and Units Warm-ups, and conditioning blocks during training. Leading and Assisting with top-up/extra conditioning, and with player rehabilitation/injured conditioning sessions. Working alongside other coach’s as a group providing a safe and fun environment for age grade cricket players. Included logistics, scheduling and player profiling with feedback.
