Initiate purchasing activities, including of sourcing for quotation, process Purchase Order according to requirement and follow-up on suppliers to ensure timely delivery of material ordered. Plan and generate PO according to order forecast on time. To follow up and bring in insufficient materials on time for production. Work and coordinate with supplier, quality, warehouse and production departments to resolve materials' quality related matters. To handle production planning functions. To maintain materials requirement planning system. To be responsible for the development and execution of the master production schedule to maximize customer satisfaction, factory efficiency and corporate profitability.

Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various region. Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications. Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays by lotus (e-mail). Making some invoice resolution and payment queries from suppliers / subcontractors, working with Accounts Payable / Finance or Operations as required.

* Providing accuracy and timely demand forecast and purchase order to ensure continuity of product supplies. * Monitoring and tracking sales plan accuracy for purchase forecast improvement. * Monitoring weekly shipping schedule and communicate via emails and conference-calls to suppliers accordingly. * Work closely with the logistics, warehousing and forwarder team for optimum delivery processes * Reviewing on any complaint that is comply to the product quality as well for the services in a timely manner.
