* For each major league, venue or event category the Lead Convenor will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of their area : * Scheduling of support staff, officials, time keepers, etc. while maintaining a budget within the allocated support staff hours. * Administering officials training clinics and Captain's Rules Meetings * Primary communication with team captains * Updating scores and statistics (including games played) on imleagues.com. * Ensuring all standings and eligibility are updated and available to captains/players with 24 hours following games. * Reporting and appropriately following up on all incidents, injuries, suspensions, appeals, etc. * Manage all schedule change requests where possible. * Ensure safety of playing surface and preparedness for incident/injury response * Ensure SIRC constitution regulations and bi-laws are upheld. * Provide information and support as required to promote intramural leagues and tournaments * Provide support for special event programming as required
