Instructs and leads group fitness classes, recruits and coaches participants in several seasonal Couch to 5k and 10k running groups. Created the opportunity to work with the staff of Trail Ridge Middle School in Longmont, CO as their trainer with weekly sessions. Sports Conditioning – Independently contacted and got commitments with local competitive sports teams on cross-training and overall sports conditioning and strength along with nutritional advice and nutritional presentations. Trained and coached personal clients according to their personalized needs. Created plans for weight loss, muscle gain, training plans and nutrition for endurance athletes, and provided personal one on one or group training sessions. Provided nutritional education, guidance, plans based on client needs and goals, including trips to the grocery store and individualized meal plans.

Implemented business development plan for new business, maintained and grew revenue from current account list. Grew monthly revenue by 15-32% year over year. Managing sales calls, marketing and public relations to dental practices in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Primary objective is making cold calls and marketing to expand referral base for the lab, while also maintaining customer care of active accounts. Contract Position - Developed and managed 100% commission-based high-density project and over $15,000,000 of inventory.
