Coordinating in vivo studies for CAR-T products with CROs. • Implemented a pseudovirus assay for testing neutralization of SARS-COV-2 by VH, IgG, and bi-paratropic VH-Fc antibodies developed by Abound to identify candidates for in vivo studies. Utilized skills in plasmid generation, pseudovirus particle preparation and purification, and cell line design and generation.

-Collaborating with external research groups to begin to identify novel antigens on cancer cell targets utilizing the 10X genomics single cell platform. Established an IRB to directly receive prostate cancer specimens. -Establishing a pipeline for antibody drug conjugate (ADC) development including preparation of enzymes required for site specific conjugation, creating a CRISPR knockdown cell line to enable preparation of DAR4 antibodies using native glycans, and general protocol development for various ADC formats. Acquired and learned instrument operation of UPLC and single quad detector mass spectrometer for ADC analysis. -Overseeing common supplies, equipment, and laboratory maintenance to ensure the laboratory operates at optimum efficiency.
