I worked on a few major tasks in my time of interning at Tech Foundry. • Support the organization’s data project • Collect and aggregate data from previous cohorts. • Enter data in our CRM (Salesforce). • Research ways to support future development for our CRM software. • Manipulate data and perform data queries to produce reports. • Research and create technical documentation to support new and existing program SOP’s. • Engage in the complete imaging process for student laptops. • Troubleshoot any equipment to be used for the next cohort. • Assist in any other additional tasks within the scope of work laid out above.

I worked on a few residential projects in my time of working at MA Dimension Inc. • 304 Camaritas South SF: Site measurement, fixing stairs issue and prepared a full set of CD. • 12 Eaton Rd San Mateo: Site measurement, remodeling, spec sheet for kitchen fixture. • Truffle Poké Bar South SF(commercial): ADA codes, specification and created a full set of CD. • Archstone Fremont(Multifamily): ADA codes, worked on sections/enlarged plans. • 1726 Shoreview San Mateo: detached ADU. created a full set of CD. • 319 Bridge Rd Hillsborough: Started as built plans to create 2 Phase of design for submissions. • 415 Bucknell Dr San Mateo: Detached ADU, multiple changes on design, created a full set of CD. • 2480 Catalpa Way San Bruno: Residential remodeling, legalizing, created a full set of CD. • 478 Schafer Hayward: Single/multi family project, remodeling, legalizing, created a full set of CD.

• Produced 2D floor plans using house software 20/20 software. • Provided customer service by guiding clients in product selection, including company's cabinet line, aligning with company values. • Work closely with clients to listen to their needs and offer solutions through space design.

• Created 2D floor plans using architectural visualization in Revit. • Assisted in FFE (furniture, fixture and equipment) design in support of RFP for clients. • Managed inventory of budget and cost related documents. • Digitized important office paper work and purchase invoices.

As part of an urgent role, I compiled a high-quality portfolio of six projects aligned with project architect's requirements for timely submissions. DSA Documents Submission- Redwood City School District • Architected folders for six projects to unify all detailed documents together in Bluebeam Revu. • Bookmarked and codified all single drawing artifacts and schematics into PDFs via Bluebeam Revu. • Created hyperlinks for easy navigation of portfolio compliant with DSA requirements.

• Assisted the lead architect with assigned tasks and general administration on a daily basis. • Arranged company website to organize each project with updated information. • Researched building permit requirements based on defined project specifications.

Tech Foundry offers a high-touch competency-based 18-week Information Technology (IT) Support training program. The program delivers an integrated learning experience that combines technical skills, professional development and career readiness, supported by a team of experienced and committed Tech Foundry staff members. Through this journey, student members will become part of a tight-knit community and have the opportunity to learn in-demand technical skills through a mix of classes, projects and labs in a hybrid (a mix of on-line and in-person meetings) model. Student members also participate in professional development workshops, meet professionals in the field, complete a capstone project, and intern with one of our employer partners. Each participant leaves the Tech Foundry program with the skills and knowledge to land jobs and advance in an IT career.
