Machines: We have a full set of modern garment manufacturer equiment, like Automatic cutting machine, computer sewing machine, elastic machine, waist band machine, needle inspecting machine, suction ironing table, and so on. Materials: We use high quality fabric, most of them are knitting cotton and woven cotton, like 100% cotton, or with spandex or poly blended according to customers’ request. Organic fabric is also popular with our customers. Workers: They are around 100+ professional & experienced workers, include our paper pattern technician has more than 20 years experiences, the production manager, who has been in manufacturing clothing for 15 years, and the strict quality control team. Sample Room: Our factory has a sample development room。 It will take 7-8 days without any embroidery or printing， and 12-15 days with embroidery and printing. Prodcution Time: Normally it will take 18-20 days for bulk without embroidery or printing; 20-25 days for bulk with embroidery or printing.
