Developed new IVR technologies based on TNS's custom IVR platform, and deployed new voice text to speech and voice recognition systems based on new VXML standards. Heavily engaged in due diligence evaluation work for a number of mergers and acquisitions, which resulted in the mergers with a number of firms both in US and Europe. Heavily involved in the design and expansion and build out of TNS's highly secure private network throughout US (NFL cities), Europe, and PacRim. TNS became a public company during Curtis' tenure (TNS on NYSE), and grew from a $170M pre-IPO to $250M company.
