In 2002, was promoted to and held both the COO and CFO positions. Was responsible for all day-to-day operations, physician recruitment/contract negotiations, hiring/firing at all levels, payroll for three companies, managing/negotiating insurance contracts and for overseeing all departments (Marketing, HR, Billing and Clinic Managers). Coordinated corporate restructuring and business development through multiple mergers (10), managed all AP/AR and oversaw all budgeting for short-term as well as long-term growth. Responsible for all physician schedules and vacation approvals. Arbor/Alpha/MBF is a multi-location, multi-company Colorado Provider Network with a focus on primary care as well as physical therapy.

Spearheaded practice growth from one location with four employees to five locations with 75 employees. During this time, revenues increased 18 fold. Primary responsibilities were Marketing, Payroll, AP/AR, Billing, Practice Management, Financial Planning and Business Development. Supervised all Clinic Managers as well as the HR and Billing departments.

Started Alpha Rehabilitation (a physical therapy center specializing in outpatient physical therapy) in 1997. Became profitable within 5 months. Grew the practice to three locations by 2004. Handled all administrative functions as well as all growth/planning decisions. Responsible for hiring/firing and employee retention. Developed a compensation model that promotes longevity and job satisfaction with providers.

Initially hired as a physical therapy aid, while attending the University of Colorado, was promoted to the administrator position in 1991. Duties included performing payroll, assisting with accounts receivable/accounts payable, performing medical billing and collections, assisting physical therapists and training world-class athletes.
