Over an illustrious 18-year football career, I proudly represented teams like the Indianapolis Colts and the Saskatchewan Roughriders, enduring seven major surgeries and a hip fracture along the way. These challenges instilled in me invaluable intangible qualities—discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership—that transcend the world of sports. Transitioning from the gridiron, I seamlessly transitioned into a thriving career as a development consultant, guiding Division 1 programs and mentoring student-athletes. This transition was further enriched by the pursuit of knowledge, culminating in the attainment of an MBA from my Alma Mater, where my passion for Supply Chain Management was ignited. At the Haslam College of Business, I discovered the power of Supply Chain Management, leveraging my diverse background to drive innovation and value across the supply chain landscape. Drawing from my athletic tenure, I seamlessly applied risk assessment, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies to excel in this new domain. Currently excelling at Honeywell International Inc., I have honed my analytical prowess and mastered specialized software tools like Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and SAP. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Alteryx Core Designer, and Lean Expert, my forte lies in solving intricate problems within collaborative team environments. Beyond the boardroom, I indulge in personal passions such as diving, photography, yoga, and physical wellness under the brand Curt Maggitt. Committed to giving back, I founded the non-profit EDGE Foundation, dedicated to nurturing high-potential youth through Education, Development, Guidance, and Empowerment.
