Coordinated and prioritized equipment failure and preventative maintenance work orders for 15 technicians across 5 shifts. Hired technicians, created development plans, conducted reviews, reviewed KPIs, and coordinated technical training. Collaborated with other departments and teams to solve technical issues using root cause analysis. As a planner/scheduler used a CMMS system to manage, create, analyze, and schedule PM programs for 8,000+ pieces of milk processing equipment. Created Task lists, Material lists, PM schedules, and analyzed parts inventories. Managed PM schedules for lubrication, instrument calibrations, automatic valves, pumps, separators, tanks, heat exchangers, filters, and various pieces of manual equipment like check valves. Managed vendor relationships and executed service contracts. Helped create and manage a relationship with the College of Southern Idaho. We used that relationship to create a technical training program for our maintenance technicians, participated in recruiting events, and helped manage an exclusive technical services internship program.

Completed assigned PM and corrective action work orders. Responded to radio calls to troubleshoot production issues. Used root cause analysis to help find solutions to issues to prevent future occurrences.Took a leadership role in organizing and executing major PMs. Trained new technicians. Created SOPs for maintenance tasks.

I am currently taking classes towards an associate degree in Automation Engineering Technology.
