Responsibilities: Identify, test, and implement IoT solutions to optimize aquaculture operations, including monitoring and control systems for water quality, feeding systems, and environmental conditions. Facility Inspections: Perform regular inspections of facility components, including pumps, motors, blowers, diffusers, drains, tanks, screens, filters, feeders, and related equipment. Monitor and maintain water quality levels, record findings, and make necessary adjustments. Respond promptly to emergencies. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team on all aspects of aquaculture facility operations. Flexible Work Hours: Be available to work extended hours or days as needed or scheduled. Fish Health and Welfare Management: Ensure the health and welfare of fish throughout all tasks. Adherence to Operational Procedures: Follow farm operational procedures, including biosecurity, safety, quality, and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities: Seafood Sorting and Inspection: Efficiently sort, inspect, and grade seafood products based on size and quality to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations. Seafood Preparation: Skillfully prepare seafood by performing tasks such as skinning, trimming, washing, gilling, gutting, filleting, shucking, descaling, cooking, smoking, preserving, and canning fish, shellfish, and mollusks. Each preparation method is tailored to maintain the freshness and quality of the seafood. Machine Operation: Operate specialized machines designed for slicing, peeling, skinning, and crumbing seafood. Ensure machines are functioning correctly and safely to optimize productivity and maintain product quality. Counting and Packing: Accurately count and pack prepared seafood for freezing, ensuring that each package is correctly labeled and meets weight specifications for distribution. Frozen Seafood Packing: Pack frozen seafood blocks into cartons after freezing, preparing stock for dispatch. This involves careful handling to prevent damage and maintain the integrity of the frozen products. Loading: Load seafood products into trucks for transportation, ensuring that all items are securely packed and handled to prevent spoilage or damage during transit. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain high hygiene standards by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas. This includes regular inspections and adherence to sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
