Vehicles Program Manager managing development of new electric bikes at Super73. Working closely with internal design and product teams to gather product requirements, I am responsible for relaying these requirements to the supply chain and then managing the development and production of new vehicles. Additional responsibility includes management of the Super73 app (iOS and Android) and vehicle integration.

Managed the web launch of over 20,000 SKUs over a 2 year period, working cross functionally from teams including product management, finance, IT, marketing, and sales. Improved the product launch process through optimization using Smartsheet, leading to a year over year increase in new product output by nearly 80%. Using historical data across 600,000 SKUs, developed a model to project revenue for new products that was utilized to refocus resources in high margin opportunities.

Manage project scope, timeline, and budget for all new product introductions (NPI) projects from inception to product launch. Maintain project schedules in MS Project, monitor project’s critical path, and set project priorities for domestic and international project team members. Lead project team meetings of 8-12 individuals from various departments to ensure that deliverables are received on schedule and milestones are met. Oversaw the successful development and launch of 4 new products during 2018, with an additional 8 scheduled to be launched in 2019.

Coordinate development of new products between engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and operations departments. Responsible for the planning, interpreting, organizing, and managing of projects through all phases of product development. Focus on a hands-on approach in generating project and action plans within Microsoft Project to bring new products to production release. Helping the product management team to maintain and manage the day-to-day progress of multiple projects and take responsibility for tracking data to ensure the projects remain on schedule. Responsible for tracking project throughout Product Development Process and working with project team to solve any problems that arise, delivering high quality products on-time and within budget.
