Cullen Hilkene

Cullen Hilkene is the CEO of Vulcury LLC, a venture studio and advisory firm that oversees a portfolio of ventures and provides tailored advisory services to businesses. Across his career, Cullen has held diverse roles as an investor, CEO, management consultant, and sales leader, with a focus on strategic growth and operational efficiency. At Vulcury, Cullen leads efforts across its key divisions: Trustbridge, delivering engineering, procurement, and manufacturing solutions, leveraging his leadership experience at 3Diligent. Calisade, specializing in investment research across equities, cryptocurrency, startups, and real estate, drawing on his background with Deloitte, 3Diligent, and Citi Habitats. Cullen also co-manages Argyle California Properties LLC with his wife, Betsy, where they invest in vacation rentals and land. Previously, Cullen founded and led 3Diligent, a manufacturing-as-a-service platform that connected engineers and buyers with custom manufacturing solutions. The company also launched standalone manufacturing execution software. Cullen participated in the World Economic Forum’s 3D Printing Working Group and frequently spoke at industry events. Before 3Diligent, Cullen was a Manager at Monitor Deloitte Consulting, leading strategy and operations projects across aerospace, automotive, life sciences, and industrial products, with a focus on growth, operational streamlining, and customer experience. Cullen began his career as a top-producing real estate agent in New York City, founding and growing the Citi Habitats (now Corcoran Rentals) Graduate Relocation Program, which earned recognition in the New York Times and The Real Deal Magazine. Cullen holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Princeton University. He is Series 65 qualified for investments and a licensed California real estate salesperson.
