Key Contributions: • Conduct regular audits across several counties for 150+ wells with focus on Construction, Production, Completions, and Drilling; oversee 6-10 production work over rigs, focusing on auditing and safety; conduct site EHS audits; perform investigations of all reported incidents • Assist in field and behavioral based safety observations; draft and submit report of daily field site observations and adjustments focused on conforming to a higher safety culture standard • Responsible for Major Oilfield required training • Working directly with the Production, Construction, Completions and Drilling teams to implement the Health and Safety Management System • Assist the Superintendents and Site Supervisors in all EHS related aspects in the field • Liaise with Contractors to review essential Risk Analysis, Job Safety Analysis and meetings • Auditing PTW's (Permit to Work), ALL contractors during daily job task, H2S protection system • Responsible for accurate H2S routine sampling of all wells • Assist in critical operations; QC inspection of operator certifications and lifting gear (slings, cranes, shackles and bolts, safety pins etc.) • Participate in safety drills and check for compliance with Contingency Plan • Integral team member that helped to improve company safety rating from 2.9 TRIR to .97 within a year- (Total Recordable Incident Rate)

• Safety leader for 3 state region of 100+ employees (TX, NM, OK) • Ensured employees were educated on all health and safety requirements on a consistent basis through mandatory safety meetings – focus on motto “our families need us” • Member of NTEPS (North Texas Exploration and Production Safety Networks) • Led regulatory and compliance effort, HSE related training effort and incident investigations • Developed HSE Training Curriculum by work locations and hazards • Responsible for developing, coordinating, supervising, and tracking of all safety training and programs state(s) wide and compliance per client and regulatory agency requirements • Responsible for the tracking and document control of all safety training licenses and certificates in ISNetworld, PEC, and any other required database • Attended crew changes and visited work locations to audit for compliance with HSE Policies • Developed, implemented, and acted as ongoing focal point for safety program region wide • Audited JSA usage and effectiveness • Audited Annual PPE Inspection Program and monitor PPE effectiveness and budget
