My 14 years of experience in the construction industry began early thanks to my family’s businesses and encompasses multi-faceted skills and understanding of the construction trade and related industries. • Growing up, I worked land development and residential construction projects with my father as well as helped run my mother’s hardware store. • Upon graduating high school, I worked for Builders Bloc and a local construction company as a residential union carpenter and worked my way up in the CJAP, St. Louis, MO. • In 2005, I started CMS Construction providing residential and light commercial construction services to Greater St. Louis and surrounding areas of Missouri. I’ve spent the last seven years building CMS Construction into a reputable, well-established company employing more than 40 carpenters operating as 6 crews. • My experiences also extend to co-owning and managing a rental property business as well as a local snow plowing and yard maintenance business. My strengths lie in framing, interior & exterior trim, siding, soffit & fascia, roofing, remodeling, general contracting and sales while my personality and character lends itself well to relationship building and excellent customer care. My family recently relocated to Charlotte where my wife accepted a job offer. I look forward to re-establishing my family here and utilizing my assets to grow a reputable business.
