I joined Bowers Insurance in May 1999 as the receptionist, following my graduation from Hagerstown Business College. I have many years of experience in multiple positions within the agency, including Commercial Lines Renewal Specialist, Office Manager, Personal Lines & Commercial Lines Account Manager. I have received my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and American Management Association (AMA) certificates in Management and Human Resource Management. I am a resident of Mercersburg, PA and the mother of two daughters. I spend many evenings at dance classes, recitals, and extra-curricular activities. Days by the pool and at the beach with my family are my favorite pastime.
