In my role, I drive legal strategies that support our pioneering work in mobile-first, vertically-formatted content—a space that combines the best of interactive media, streaming, and cinematic storytelling. I manage key areas like intellectual property, content licensing, rights clearance, and complex issues in technology, labor relations, marketing, and operational compliance, ensuring our projects align with the highest industry standards globally. As a registered In-House Counsel, I’m dedicated to supporting our teams in Los Angeles, Sunnyvale, Beijing and Shenzhen as they create and distribute engaging mobile and vertical content worldwide.
