• Ensures safe, compliant and manageable cGMP operations and continuing validation of operations of cGMP manufacturing facility • The organization of employee training processes to assure that employee base is well qualified for all production operations and trained on all safety procedures within the production area and company SOP's and GMP's as well as resolve conflicts and disciplinary actions when required • Interaction with the Maintenance Department to ensure that equipment is constantly maintained and fully operational levels to achieve maximum efficiency; The maintaining of targeted production efficiency for the individual production lines and contributions to the total Plant efficiency • Conduct regular communication meetings with Team Leaders and production team to recognize successes, review action plans to resolve open issues • Analyze production reports and data to identify adverse trends and create corrective action plans • Assist in the resolution of production process issues (workflow, re-work, first piece inspection, etc.)
