• Report and research on network events for daily customer updates. • Provide support by ensuring that company information is protected in accordance with the needs of the business and according to information security principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. • Analyze network flow data for anomalies and detect malicious network activity • Monitor and analyze the network traffic of our SLTT customers for malicious activity. • Respond to emails and phone calls from the SLTT customers regarding information pertaining sharing and analysis center. • Add/remove IPs and domains provided from members interested in passive monitoring services. • Collaborated with the intelligence team and the computer emergency response team to ensure that we are aware of any trends that could impact SLTT customers. • Monitoring open source resources for nefarious postings that include the data of any SLTT entities. • Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of security devices. • Provide incident response support when analysis confirms actionable incident. • Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities (from pen tester or auditor usually) • Investigate document and report on information security issues and emerging trends. Researching new Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures and blocking malicious indicators of compromise associated with them. • Analyzed suspicious emails for malicious indicators. Including phishing, spam, and blackmail. Worked with other teams to block harmful IP and URLs as needed.

• Analyzed customer data for indicators of potential fraud. • Efficiently diagnosing and resolving complex customer issues within agreed time frames. • Monitored fraud trends based on various details within a customer’s profile. • Escalated issues to management as necessary. • Determined baseline of characteristics that indicate harmful abnormalities.
