As a Real Estate broker slash small business guy. Chose this location for a coin laundry dry cleaning business over a dozen different sites. Developed the property from a old fast food location. Operated and managed the business successfully for about 13 years. Had the business and or property under contract a few times and eventually under contract two different times with Quick Trip. When the Quick Trip deals didn't pan out sold the business and property to current owner. With the purpose of putting my total efforts in the Oxi Fresh business.
