I'm the Director of Social at Lifelab Testing, helping the Marketing Team to ensure all the channels are informative, interesting and helping people to understand their allergies and intolerances. In this position I am in control of the day to day running of the retreat. From customer satisfaction to ensuring all departments are staffed adequately. I ensure that the timetable is adhered to as well as offering health talks and classes at various intervals. I have to ensure that the retreat is properly stocked in all areas to ensure that each department can be at it's maximum functionality and productivity. I also have to design and host events for the retreat which allows me to fulfil one of my main goals of keeping the retreat fully booked.

In my role as team leader, I had to ensure that each shift was adequately staffed to ensure maximum productivity. During shift I was tasked with keeping the staff on target and motivated to allow them to continue to do their job. I was also in control of stock management as well as daily cash and audit reconciliation.

Here customer service was the main priority. Ensuring that all guests were seated, fed and thoroughly happy meant the higher probability of a returning visit. I also had assist the kitchen in production and preparation of the food as well as design the tables for each setting.
