My journey in tech sales began over a decade ago when I moved to Dublin and embraced the dynamic, fast-paced world of technology. With a foundation in psychology and a passion for understanding and connecting with people, I naturally transitioned into sales, progressing through various roles before moving into leadership. As a Sales Leader, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their potential, both personally and professionally. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my team grow, unlock their strengths, and exceed their goals. In 2021, after more than seven years at LinkedIn and eight amazing years in Ireland, I took on a new challenge by joining MongoDB and relocating with my family to Barcelona.
