Responsible for managing supplier negotiations, overseeing production timelines, and coordinating international shipments to ensure smooth product launches. I created and currently maintain the critical path calendar, aligning all departments to meet deadlines. In addition, I lead sustainability certifications and audits, ensuring compliance and upholding product quality standards.

Co-founded a fashion and footwear brand in Barcelona, leading art direction, commercial strategy, and financial management. Developed the business plan, defined the brand identity, and implemented wholesale strategies for both national and international markets. Took full ownership of footwear design, from trend research and collection planning to prototyping and material selection, while managing suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Managed national and international wholesale operations, including sales, order processing, and delivery. Represented the brand at major international trade fairs such as Who’s Next, Micam, and Capsule NYC. Oversaw production and quality control with suppliers to meet deadlines and standards. Collaborated with the design team in product development, contributing to material, color, and style selection while bringing a strong commercial perspective.
