Welcome & greet passengers and provide personalized service of high standard to VIP passengers through warm welcome, escort and effective Communication. Acts as a mentor to Airport Services Agents and Assistants as and when required, in order to give them confidence and to impart the knowledge and experience necessary for the Agents/Assistant to progress within the Airport Services Organization. Ensure that the lounge system occupancy levels are monitored in order to divert loads to other lounges as to avoid/ minimize customers’ inconvenience. Ensure to take the correct action in all cases of lounges equipment failures, shortage of supplies and to report the details to the admin office. Ensure to keep good relations with airport authorities/ stakeholders such as immigration, police, EKFC staff etc. in order to achieve the highest level of customer services for EK premium passengers at 100% of times.

Product Demonstration, Targeting Specific Buyers, Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures and other incentives to persuade people to buy products, record and report demonstration-related information such as the number of questions asked by the audience and the number of coupons distributed, research and investigate products to be presented to prepare for demonstrations, sell products being promoted, and keep records of sales, set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers, train demonstrators to present a company's products or services.

Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services, identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information, keep areas neat while working, and return items to correct locations following demonstrations, prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audiences, provide product information, using lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.

Visit trade shows, stores, community organizations, and other venues to demonstrate products or services and to answer questions from potential customers, suggest specific product purchases to meet customers'​ needs, contact businesses and civic establishments to arrange to exhibit and sell merchandise. Instruct customers in alteration of products, learn about competitors'​ products and consumers' interests and concerns in order to answer questions and provide more complete information.
