The passion for building brands and connecting with people led me to marketing. The desire to lead major businesses propelled me into executive life. And my affinity for healthcare is what keeps me, to this day, in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout my journey, bringing these three passions together has been—and continues to be—my greatest professional achievement. To do so, I’ve had to constantly learn, be open to listening, and rely on the collaboration of incredible people who have crossed my path. Over the past 20 years of my career, I’ve also worked in the consumer goods and personal care sectors, developing skills in strategic planning, team management, and business growth. In 2025, I took on the biggest challenge of my career: leading Bayer Consumer Health’s division in Brazil as General Manager. Being the first woman to hold this position in the country fills me with pride—and reinforces the responsibility I feel to inspire other women to believe in their leadership potential. Beyond my professional accomplishments, my experience as a mother has taught me the importance of empathy and communication—values I carry with me every day as a leader. I believe in the power of dialogue and in sharing experiences so that we can grow together. That’s what I’m here for!
