*Technical Development for plastic injection molds. *DFM, MFA, timing administration, full part release, tool transfer and start up support in house. *Aesthetical and Mechanicals. *Key contact between PMs and tool shops suppliers (China, US, Germany & Italy). *Contact with R&D and Quality departments to meet customer requirements. *Customers: BMW, Stellanits, Volkswagen & Tesla. *Follow up during mold construction and coordination of trial validations and ECR´s. *Support NPI team during validations and released tool in house.

*In charge of a Toolmakers group. *Tooling issues analysis in IMM. *New Tool validations/ incoming inspections. *Tooling improvements (Pokayokes, vents, adjustmens and fittings). * Daily Tooling program revision (change over, schedule repair and maintenance). *Purshasing. *GD&T, 3D & 2D drawings. *Knowledge in Welding (TIG and Laser), CNC, EDM, Milling, Grinding machine and Lathe. *Applicaiton of 5´s in toolshop. *Solidworks.

*Production line responsible. *Following Quality standards (material density and colorimetry) *Responsible of 5's in production line. * Printer KeraJet Maintenance responsible. *In contact with engineering to meet plant requirements.

*Electromechanical Engineer internship. *In charge of Tooling maintenance program (corrective and Preventive). *Pokayokes implementation for plastic injection molds. *In charge of daily change version program (depends of plant requirements). *ECR evaluations (cost analisys, timing, procedures and feasability). *New injection plastic mold validations/incoming inspection. *Development of a new Warranty Tooling program (500+ injection plastic molds) for all the customers. *Out of warranty tooling reports for customers (inspection of all complete tool looking risks to avoid a bad performance).
