As Chief Executive Officer at ALTO, I have led the company’s evolution from a national organization into a global, tech-enabled services group operating across diverse markets. I built new teams, launched innovative services, and developed strategic partnerships with some of the most respected brands in retail and technology. My leadership focuses on aligning business performance with purpose, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration between the private and public sectors to create safer and more efficient communities. Earlier in my career, I co-founded ASECH, Chile’s first national entrepreneurs’ association, which inspired legal reforms that made it easier for thousands of startups to launch and thrive. I also helped shape public innovation policy through Start-Up Chile, one of the most recognized entrepreneurship programs in Latin America.
