Coordination of the following areas: Claims Operations and Recoveries, Back Office Operations and IT . Execute core insurance processes • Administer/ manage policies (issuance/servicing) • Commission calculation and payment • Contract administration for Distribution Channels • Handle claims (including assistance, including claims handling rules) • Manage provider network (repair shops and medical providers) • Litigation management • Provide IT (application development and infrastructure) • Ensure operational support services (incl. quality management, general services) • Charge and collect premium • Customer Care Center • Complain management

Coordination of the following areas: Accounting, Investment and Treasury, Cost Controlling, Reporting and Controlling and Facility management.

Reporting: • Coordinate the design of SAP Business Warehouse • Coordination of the reporting beside shareholders and all state bodies Planning and Controlling: • Responsible for the design and implementation of SAP Controlling module in Regional Share Service - defining of controlling concept (cost center / profit center structure, cost elements, allocation to management dimensions and functional areas) • Coordination of Planning and Strategic Dialogues • Business Plan coordination, implementation and monitoring of cost budgets to all organizational structures Risk Management • Functioning of Risk Controlling (RiCo) - Plan and organize RiCo meetings, Prepare reports to RiCo • Top Risk Assessment - Ensure top risks are updated and risk mitigation plans are followed upon, Facilitate definition and formalization of risk taking objectives • Risk Limits and Policies - Consolidate the Limit Framework and further develop it to cover all relevant risk areas, establish, maintain and update policies for specific risk-related processes (not yet covered elsewhere) • Risk Reporting - Prepare Risk Report for RiCo, keep management and RiCo updated of solvency sensitivity, Maintain and develop Risk Reporting Framework Investment: • Portfolio management and performance measurement against plan • Reporting activity (Bank Limits Report, Liquidity Report, FiCo Reports, Investment planning) • Cash flow planning
