I’m a motivated and adaptable professional with experience in client services, operations, and coordination across finance, healthcare, and community organizations. I’m passionate about paving the path forward for others and building people-centered processes that help teams work better.I’m currently an incoming Recruitment Coordinator at Oscar Health, where I’ll be supporting interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting operations. I’m excited to learn more about how hiring teams function and how thoughtful coordination contributes to strong candidate experiences.At JPMorgan Chase, I handle 45–120 client cases daily, solving complex issues, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and ensuring clear, well-documented interactions.
