Experienced Software Engineer, currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at The Access Group. I am doing software support for Access's Synergy product. This includes advanced troubleshooting for finding and resolving simple and complex system errors, assisting customers with queries and writing SQL scripts for customers. At my previous role I have taken the lead for the development team, organizing the team. I was responsible for planning the tasks, breaking them into smaller tasks, assigning tasks to the team, monitoring performance and helping the team to improve and overcome what they felt insecure of. I was also responsible with the onboarding process for the new dev team members. Looking to improve everything that I am part of. Happy to take initiatives and challenges!
