Guarantees the proper technological performance of the industrial installation and the good quality of the necessary repairs. Defines the preventive maintenance strategy and execution plan, the tournaround activities and all the periodical maintenance routines. Establishes and assigns responsibilities within the technical department, including administrative functions, yard and workshop. Follows the conclusion of contracts for new investments and acts to ensure the technical documentation according to company policy and timelines. Coordinate and supervises the commissioning of new production capacities. Proposes measures and solutions to maximize the existing production capacities and to modernize some production processes; Guides and solves pollution and environmental issues Organizes, analyzes and monitors compliance with HSE policies Manages the process of industrial quality assurance along the handling chain and following group standards

- Condition Monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, electrical motors, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, gearboxes, transmissions, air blowers, fans-air coolers, steam turbines) using predictive maintenance techniques-vibrations measurements and analysis; - On site surveys using other types of measurement tools (infrared and surface contact thermometer, stroboscope) also for condition monitoring of the rotating equipment; - Writing survey reports and analyses, operating maintenance software (Maximo, Reliability Based Maintenance), maintenance plan proposals in order to increase the reliability of the rotating machines; - Commissioning and testing the new rotating machines and the repaired ones; - Analyzing the equipment problems to identify root cause of analysis (RCA) and the implementation of corrective actions; - Establishes preventive maintenance programs and improves existing plans; - Assessing condition and life expectancy of equipment and systems; - Establishes operating records, controls, and criteria to determine equipment obsolescence and replacement; - Supervising the works quality and checking the results of the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance repairs and general overhauls of the rotating machines in order to accomplish the technological needs; - Operating, setting up and daily maintenance of the condition monitoring database for the rotating machines inspected according to the predictive maintenance routes.

- Supervising and management of the entire maintenance department in a fresh cold cuts factory (including the utilities department); - Organizes the Maintenance Program-organizing repair and day-to-day maintenance of equipment; - Responsible for cost justifying, compiling specifications, participating and overseeing installing of new equipment; - Budget proposals and implementing responsible for the technical department; - Planning and organisatory responsible of the resources (personnel and technical) in order to achieve the targeted goals (timing and cost controlling); - Defines, implement and maintain required monitoring of interventions, troubleshooting by section, line, equipment, to manage cost efficiency, team efficiency while maximizing TUR (total utilization rate) of equipments; - Insures information collected is correct and used for daily/ weekly debrief with troubleshooting teams; - Documents and maintains electronic listing of all line, equipment, spare parts of the factory with frequency for changes, last breakdown and causes analysis, possible suppliers, availability of spare parts in warehouse; - Participates to purchasing planning with Commercial department and budgeting process with Finance department - Keeps senior management informed, through periodically reports, on operating and/or staffing problems which may require their attention or knowledge.

- Supervising and coordinating different repairs on board of ships in shipyards, on behalf of our clients from Siria, Greece and Cyprus (e.g. hull works, crude oil pumps maintenance, pipes repairs, outfitting, stainless steel pipes, hydraulics, mechanical; - Coordinating and management of the Romanian subsidiary of the company; - I supervised and coordinated a team of workers who were involved in various high pressure and stainless steel pipes works in Austria for a period of 6 months (in 2009), including outfitting, commissioning activities; - Commissioning and supervising for new installations including mounting and testing rotating equipments; - From June until September 2008 I supervised the pipe works in a milk processing factory revamp next to Murcia (Spain); - Stainless Steel Piping new building coordinating and supervising different activities on behalf of foreign clients in Bucharest.

- Team member in different repair and maintenance for various types of mechanical works at rotating equipments – Internal Combustion Engines (6 or 12 cylinders) and general repairs and maintenance; - Mud pumps periodical check and general repairs; - Cranes service team member;. - Ingersoll-Rand compressors operating and maintenance; - Alfa-Laval separators operating and maintenance; - Steam generators repairs and maintenance; - Different types of pumps preventive and corrective maintenance; - On board of the offshore facilities i also worked as a motorman and as a pumps mechanic. - I have also been a team member for two general general overhauls of the Petrom oil terminal in Midia (non rotating equipments).

- Management and coordinating the activities for the pipe workshop- new building division; - Supervising the sandblasting, galvanizing and painting pipes workshop in the Constantza Shipyard (new buildings division and different repairs); - As the piping workshop manager i coordinated and supervised the activity of assembly and mounting the pipes and outfitting in the workshop and aboard of ships, pressure testing, commissioning the installations, sea trials (i participated at 3), warranty problems solving for new building ships and repairs activities; - I worked with various types and dimensions of pipes, including for the Framo hydraulics, MAN engines, fuel separators, air compressors, steam generators, cargo area (stainless steel mostly), free gas installation, drain systems, venting and from the facilities in the accommodation area of the ships.
