Green field plant.

Production deputy and during this period responsible for 2 project which involves the 3 departments (production, quality and product industrialization) working toghether for one goal. Scrap Attack Coordinator Original Equipment Coordinator These teams are formated by production Leaders, and QM and PI Engineers.

To do, apply and assure that all work instruction and procedures regarding quality in plant are applied. Analysis of the customer complains with 8D report and elaborates the action plan with all departments involved. Follow-up the quality of row material to assure that the materials have the request demands. Follow-up and do control and calibration of measuring equipments. Establish and do internal audits (housekeeping, process, and product) accordingly with the audits plan. Preparing, participate and follow-up of the actions from TUV SUD Germany audit. Realize the EMPB (ISIR) for firths part or for customer release. Manage the quality team and laboratory tests and analysis. Participate at the implementation of SMM (ISO 14001). Manage the laboratory from equipment and test point of view.

Responsibilities, Achievements Standards originator of specifications and procedure for quality system - Supervising of online quality team activity. - Participate on projects and initiatives. - Participate on developing of P-FMEA and Control plans - Taking part of the QRQC (Quick Respons Quality Control) team in the plant - Coordinate the Validation plan (PPAP).

Coordinating a team of 3 Quality Leaders. Supervising the 3 warehouses in Timisoara and the transport department regarding quality, systems and process. Implementing HACCP in the warehouse with food products. Participant of FMEA project. Responsible for client Audits (Procter & Gamble and Nestle)

Coordination of a team with 13 Quality Controllers. Monthly trainings with 100 employs. In a period of thee month we reduce the amount of the claims to 10-15 from 60-70. Participation in the “FMEA” project. Participation to the project of building a new warehouse. Participation to 6 Client Audits and done 6 Internal Audits. Achieved in less then 18 months from opening over 93% Quality Assurance Capability for the site.
