As a senior development professional with over 25 years experience in planning, management and strategy design, I've worked in Africa, Asia and Europe in diverse education-related sectors and with a wide range of international development partners, national government actors, and civil society organisations. My career trajectory reflects an ongoing commitment to driving systemic change in public service management and delivery. Over the last 10 years or so I have become something of an evaluation geek - putting the 'L' back into monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEAL) is critical. Most recently, my research interests have evolved to include climate and education system resilience.
