Tony Nguyen

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Tony began his entrepreneurial journey at 19 in 2003. Instead of following the traditional college path, he entered the world of real estate in Huntington Beach, California. Navigating his way thru the first few years of real estate, Tony quickly became a well-known figure in the local real estate market, securing a position within the top 1% of real estate practitioners in Southern California. Fast-forward to today, Tony has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. In addition to his success in real estate brokerage, Tony is the innovative founder of a successful Private Equity Group. He leads the acquisition, sale, and management of a diverse portfolio that includes multi-and single-tenant retail properties, multifamily apartments, multi-location full- service and fast-casual restaurants, motion pictures, and medical ventures such as cryopreservation storage. Notable investments by the group include the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as pre-IPO shares of SpaceX. Outside of his professional pursuits, Tony is a dedicated husband, father, son, and brother. He strives to be a positive role model in all facets of his life. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his family and has a wide range of interests, including fitness, mixed martial arts, travel, cooking, skiing, and racquet sports like racquetball and pickleball.
