Implemented MRP II System for Recloser/Breaker product line. Performed CNC programming for lathes, turret press, press brake, laser, and machining centers. Project Leader for Recloser/Breaker FOCUS program. Led several teams to specify machinery, develop plant layouts, and improve material flow to implement JIT manufacturing. Purchased $1.5 million of capital equipment including laser, cnc press brake, and paint system to support FOCUS factory plan. The FOCUS program reduced the fabrication cycle time from 35 days to 2 days Implemented KANBAN production system. Graduate of Westinghouse EMPDP Program 1988.
