Through 40 large scale events (Evening Mixers, Breakfast/Lunch Panels & Cigar Society), weekly 2º relationship building groups, monthly Elite roundtable peer-to-peer meetings and a new Career Accelerator Series, 6º provides content you can't find anywhere else. TGG Accounting continues to revolutionize the way small and medium sized business collect, receive, review and utilize financial information. By optimizing their clients accounting departments and financial functionality, their client’s receive better, more usable financial data with which to make more profitable decisions. Their clients out perform the national averages for growth, productivity and profitability. I supported the growth and development of many of their processes including The TGG Way, Quality Assurance 100 Minimum Accounting Standards, internal training/employee development, client/employee on boarding and a performance based compensation structure. Through my tenure at TGG I managed Sales, Marketing Recruiting and Training at one time or another. A few of our successes are listed below. Sales - Grew revenues from $800,000 in 2010 to $5,200,000 in 2013 - Grew employee head count from 10 to 65 over a 4 year period - Implemented a Phase Code system for client management and internal communications Marketing - Created and executed a revolutionary marketing strategy involving Individual Marketing Plans (IMP) for 40+ accountants covering 3 main areas: Web, Community Outreach and Education - Trained accountants to be marketers - Created The TGG Way Blog, written and edited through IMPs, averaging 2-3 posts per week Recruiting - Utilizing the The A Method for hiring, managed the recruiting process for over 100 candidates and the hiring of 15 accountants over a 6 month period Training - Built and maintained TGG’s 65 course internal and external training curriculum focused on 4 main function areas; Accounting, Business, Software and Technology - Developed a proprietary, four part, 676 question, proficiency exam to measure the information retention of our internal training curriculum, progression of TGG staff and proficiency of our recruiting candidates/perspective clients
