I spent many years leading innovations in Digital Television and Broadband through times of significant change. I have had the good fortune of holding a variety of leadership roles including small and medium sized companies, corporate departments and international project teams delivering large budget projects to aggressive deadlines. As a consultant, I relished building partnerships and led consortia bidding for large government and commercial contracts. Throughout all of this, it was always the people around me which I enjoyed the most. My inclusive and supportive leadership style always proved to me that investing in people reaps significant rewards, and that the growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership.
