Billing and submitting claims to medical aid service providers Allocating payments/remittances from medical aids to members’ accounts Creating and allocating of journals General account queries and providing explanations/motivations/instructions where required Create Month End Reports to assist in identifying financial risks Decreasing of debtor days with effective and efficient credit control practices (Both Medical aid and Private Age Analysis): Smart SMS, emails and using Access Liaising with Senior Management to minimise risks Auditing of files and unallocated payments Quotation to private patients incl. provision of discounts and processing thereof
