Craig Reeves

I started with Mid-Sussex Timber in 2001 working between our 4 branches serving customers in the yard, labouring in our production mill or making customer deliveries. In 2002 I was given the opportunity to become Assistant Manager at our East Grinstead branch. In January 2004, I was promoted to Branch Manager during which time we experienced a period of sustained business growth. In 2009 I was given the opportunity to move to our Forest Row Head Office to undertake a new role in charge of Health & Safety and Stock Management. This role very quickly expanded to include Training, aspects of IT, running Yard & Mill operations, Quality Management and providing knowledge & support to all other departments. In 2013 my role was changed to that of General Manager and now includes all aspects of the previous role plus overseeing day to day running of the head office site, managing the Chain of Custody certification and HR
