I’m an entrepreneur and executive with a passion for building organisations that combine creativity, technology, and community impact. As a former Owner of Facepunch Studios, I helped grow one of the UK’s leading independent gaming studios, known globally for titles like Rust and Garry’s Mod. Over more than 16 years, I built the business from the ground up, with a focus on the financial and operational backbone of the company. Our products are enjoyed by millions of players. Today, I’m applying the same energy and vision as Owner & Chairman of Hednesford Town Football Club. My focus is on driving sustainable growth on and off the pitch: • Investing in technology and infrastructure (hybrid pitch systems, solar arrays, advanced networking, broadcast capabilities). • Building data-driven approaches to scouting, player development, and club operations. • Strengthening the club’s identity and community connection through creative branding, fan engagement, and grassroots programmes. Across my ventures, I bring together entrepreneurial drive, operational discipline, and a forward-thinking view of how sport, technology, and culture intersect. I believe in creating environments where teams can thrive — whether that’s game developers, football players, or local communities.
