These define who we are and drives the business forward, standing true to our belief since we started back in the 70's. As a second-generation family business, I take it personally to deliver on our mission to make your operations as productive and stress-free as possible. We do this by providing a personalised packaging solution to protect our clients’ high value goods. I often repeat my favourite testimonial from a fellow competitor who left the industry - he said 'The problem you have, Craig, is that a packaging buyer will see 7-8 representatives from different packaging companies and what the buyer doesn’t know is that you will actually deliver what you say you will.' While humbling to hear, it is the truest endorsement of our core values. I find packaging a fascinating industry and one I feel is vastly underrated for its diversity and technical expertise. Focusing on the Pharmaceutical, Home and Construction, IT, Light & Precision Engineering and Automotive industries, we have a skill set and systems at Swiftpak that really adds value.
