Managed the IT service staff.

My initial responsibility was to manage the network and provide service to the staff and students of the college. I was instrumental in the implementation of the Comptia A+ Certification program, the implementation of the Cisco Networking Academy, and the development of the Microsoft Certified Education Center at the college. I was the lead classroom configuration technician for the Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, and A+ classrooms. I was in charge of configuring and installing system for the college and classrooms from the central wiring closets to the final hardware. As the lead instructor of the Comptia A+ program I developed the program, classroom design, course curriculums, and delivery to students. I was a contributor to recruiting new instructors and building student participation for growth. The computer student body grew by over 20% per year during my lead position with the college.
